Mico Criativo designed these business cards for Lume, a distinguished boutique that stands out for its dedication to a sophisticated and refined audience, seeking to incorporate a contemporary art approach into its identity and communication.<\/p>\n

This is simple yet creative brand identity in which Mico Criativo was able to establish a tangible connection between the brand\u2019s distinct characteristics and iconic elements through meticulous analysis of the concept map.<\/p>\n

In doing so, they managed to create a direct link between the splendour of fashion and the artistic genius of Van Gogh. This connection is visually represented on the business cards through the use of wavy patterns.<\/p>\n

The Wavy Patterns<\/h2>\n

The wavy patterns on the business card serve as a visual representation of the established connection. This subtle association highlights the idea that each individual has a starry night within them, reinforcing the uniqueness and inner brilliance present in all of us.<\/p>\n

The texture of these patterns is developed using the golden ratio<\/a> method, which allows for organising the composition in a more harmonious way. This results in a reference to the starry night being more visible and humanised.<\/p>\n

Typography and Colour Palette<\/h2>\n

The typeface used for the logotype is KyivType Sans<\/em>.<\/p>\n

According to Mico Criativo, the selected typeface incorporates brushstroke-like shapes and the characteristic ornaments of Van Gogh himself, providing a reference to his unique spirals.<\/p>\n

Regarding the colours, each has its own meaning for the brand: white represents light, grey symbolises minimalism, black expresses the night and sophistication of the brand, and lastly, pink signifies the brand\u2019s personality and that of its audience.<\/p>\n

Printing of Business Cards<\/h2>\n

These business cards were printed on matte Couch\u00e9 300g paper with matte lamination and local UV varnish<\/a>. Additional specifications include a format of 90 x 48 mm, two-sided printing and a 4×4 colourful scheme.<\/p>\n

All in all, these business card designs showcase the feminine<\/a> and artistic side of the brand. Each element is carefully designed to ensure the entire branding is a true reflection of Lume’s commitment to artistry and refinement.<\/p>\n
